Snapbooth Dallas provides premium iPad-based photo booth rentals for various events. Our services include setup, operation, and provision of digital images. Specific details are outlined in the booking confirmation.

3. Booking and Payment

Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment. Payment terms are detailed in the quote and invoice. Any changes to the booking require prior written consent from Snapbooth Dallas.

4. Event Setup and Operation

Snapbooth Dallas will provide setup and operation of the photo booth as per the agreed-upon schedule. We will make every effort to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for your event. However, we are not responsible for unforeseen circumstances that may affect the event.

5. Liability

Snapbooth Dallas is not responsible for any damages, losses, or injuries arising from the use of our services, unless caused by our negligence. Clients are responsible for ensuring the safety of their guests and the event environment.

6. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policies are detailed in the quote and invoice. Cancellations must be made in writing. Failure to adhere to the cancellation policy may result in penalties.

7. Intellectual Property

All images and content created by Snapbooth Dallas remain the property of Snapbooth Dallas. Clients may use the images for personal use, but commercial use requires written permission.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas.
